I watched her use her own money to buy all the equipment and used her own resources to fully set up her first kitchen by herself, along with her recipe that she invented. She has worked diligently and fearlessly to build it to what it is. 3 years after starting the business she brought her daughters in as shareholders to help run an already successful business. And I think it’s amazing that she is the kind of mother to allow her daughters to share in her success. I will always be very proud of her.
