I'm gonna say last time we tried to come, they said it was such a small place and we couldn't fit! But this time when we went down there was actually a good amount of space!! Perfect for a date or girl night. Will be back!!

Walked in here on a Saturday night and there were a few people at the bar plenty of room for me and my girlfriend. After a few minutes of being ignored, we were approached by the bartender who told us we had to leave because alarge group was waiting for the bar. When I questioned where this group was, the bartender rudely exclaimed that this is aspeakeasy and you can't just walk in like any other bar. But...we did just walk in there was no one at the door and theyweren't taking names. When you enter the restaurant, there is literally a sign with an arrow pointing to the bar. This is not aspeakeasy, not a friendly place, and not even a very nice bar. There are plenty of welcoming places to get a great cocktail inCharlottesville Lost Saint is not one of them.

It was cozy and fun but it 's changed a lot. I went a week ago to witness a really rough situation between the bartenders. Two younger women and a man behind the bar and the man was making everyone, staff and patronsuncomfortable. He threatened to quit, slammed things around to the point one of his co workers was jumping at every sounds, andoffered shots to folks at the bar if they were cool it was intensely uncomfortable. I won 't be going back and that isreally disappointing.
