The only op... read more We placed an order using the app, but when we arrived, we found that the dining area was closed, and there was no way to enter to pick up our order. The only option was to go through the drive-thru window. There was no information provided in the app regarding this. Additionally, the quality of the food was quite disappointing. We ordered four sandwiches, and the chicken was soggy while the buns were hard. I’ve decided to give up on KFC. Although the chicken recipe is original, the service and quality have really let me down.

I visited during the dinner rush, and the staff was working diligently to keep up, all while serving up their delicious fried chicken with a smile. This is definitely my favorite KFC location. Please note that their hours have changed slightly.

This has been my experience every time I visit. The management needs to address this issue.

The pieces of chicken I received were quite small, and when I asked about getting an extra wing, I was told it would cost $4.00, which is half the price of the entire meal. Both of my orders were disappointing. Good customer service would have been to include an extra wing at no charge, especially since the portions were so small. The brownie was the highlight of the meal, but overall, it will likely be another year before I consider going back.
