I absolutely love this Dunkin'! The two employees working today were fantastic. My husband orders the most unusual iced coffee, and they were so patient, taking the time to make it just the way he likes it. I wish I had caught their names because they really made our drinks and the entire experience so enjoyable. My husband is already saying he wants to come back to this location only! What User doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
I was told by a friend that she never comes to this location but I didn't fully understand why until I came. The staff was rushed and rude over the drive through speaker, asking if that was all after EVER. SINGLE. ITEM. Once at the windows, we had to repeat our order and waited for about 15 minutes with no other customer in the store. Visiting family in town, so decided to stop and purchase breakfast. This store was ?open? only in the sense worker(s)? were inside. 9:30 am, lights on door locked. So we reluctantly entered the drive thru queue. Finally get to ordering location to be told my order will be taken in a moment. Moments turned to minutes so after 5 minutes at the order location I navigated out of line. Just because you are Dunkin, you shouldn?t take customers for granted. I recommend donut lovers head further south on Rte. 29 to ?Duck Donuts?. Better quality in product and service.
I?ve come here many many times and never had any issues with any of the staff but whoever the guy is that this place has doing the drive thru lately needs to be taken off. He?s aggressive for no reason and short and rude. I?ve dealt with him a few times recently and it?s so unpleasant that I just pulled off today upon hearing his voice again over the speaker. Not frequenting this place anymore until he?s replaced in the drive thru. Not a nice experience.
I am definitely addict to the Dunkin's. I like the spider donut for Halloween's season???? Here's staffs were phenomenal. We got different coffee that we ordered, but they gave us new one immediately. Thanks for your service and I will keep love donut time with a sip of a cup of coffee??????
[Not a paid review, unlike many of them here] If you're looking to order a dozen of already made donuts and be stuck in a line that you cant get out for 25-30 minutes... this is your place. It's been 25 minutes and I'm stuck in my car with my kids that need to go to school soon now. I will never be back.
This Dunkin' Donuts is very clean and conveniently located for easy access and departure. We only ordered coffees, and they were fresh, hot, and made exactly as we requested. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to help customers, both in-store and at the drive-thru. The dining area was open when we visited, but I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence, so dining in might vary day to day.
