I love the ability to customize my meal with my favorite items. During our recent visit, I opted for a bowl and selected ingredients that appealed to me. It was absolutely delicious. Was just given half a scoop of vegetables and when I asked politely for more I was told I would be charged double. Really? I asked again and she refused. Also e... read more Was just given half a scoop of vegetables and when I asked politely for more I was told I would be charged double. Really? I asked again and she refused. Also every time I go in I decline the plastic lid (Think about it 90% of the customers use thatlid for 30 seconds and then just throw it away). Despite the cashier listening the same worker put a lid on top. This is notthe first time this has happened. I encourage you guys to train your employees to 1- be empowered to give a customer extra(especially since vegetables aren?t that filing or expensive compared to meats for you guys) and 2- have a sustainabilitymindset and train your employees to ask before just slapping the plastic lid on.
