Each time we have been, there have been issues. It took a while for us to be seated even though there were only a few patrons. Our waiter, who also seated us said he was also helping to cook as they were extremely short staffed. He did hustle around doing best he could. All employees were multitasking. Had a wonderful experience here with my grandkids. The waitress was so amazing and attentive with me and the kids. My grandson wanted to get her picture...
Everything was nice. The food was hot and delicious. My drink was great. It wasn't watered down.

Very understated, but not due to the facility. Service was still very apologetic, hospitable, grateful and surprisingly fast. Food was pretty good and I used the $1 shrimp addon (so worth it). Would definitely recommend when in the area.
My son and I visited here while I spent a few days in Charlottesville, VA. From service to food there was an amazing experience, there was no time to ask anything except to go to drink.
