Service poor.. many servers standing around doing nothing, ignoring customers. Good food is not at this Applebee's. Do not recommend it. I do not eat McDonald's and it's sad to say, I can find better at a fast food chain.

I stopped by after 11 PM and was impressed with the excellent service from our waiter. The food was amazing as well. However, I was a bit taken aback to notice that the leather on the booth bench was torn. It might be time for a renovation or some new benches.

The wait time for a table was excessively long, and the food was both low quality and overpriced. The chicken and shrimp dish was terrible; it was overly greasy and heavily spiced, likely to mask the shrimp's flavor. The tomato soup was barely a serving—just four spoonfuls with a large crouton on top. They also got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out, they didn’t adjust the bill. I definitely won’t be returning. Maybe dinner service is better, but my lunch experience was awful. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.
