What Amadeus G doesn't like about Mama's Kitchen:
This restaurant in Charlotte is possibly the worst I have ever been to. When I called to place my order, no one answered the phone, so I went to the restaurant and waited at the counter for 25 minutes while employees ignored me. Eventually, a child took my order for a hamburger, fries, and sweet tea. The tea I received tasted old and watered down. After waiting 35 minutes, I finally received my food, only to find a s... The food is very good and the portions are well worth their low prices. Keep up the good cooking. We will be back.

Great home cooking, chicken fried steak and sides were great.and carrot cake was delicious and very moist.......
The food is wonderful, and the staff/owners are really great people... We will definitely come back
