Chili's Grill - Pleasanton

Service was great, food was delicious. Lee was our server. Did an excellent job, I don't know if I've gotten as many refills at a restaurant. He was amazing.

Good time great food got there 15 min after open grills were not turned, so had to wait a bit, so got free why to find in the end I was charged, just get reason 4 stars, but great food and great time

My mix match faijta got here after the order was already late due to the store and my food was cold and I order extra tortillas for it and I didnt get any at all!

I came to chilis to have a nice warm dinner and hoped to not be seated with a certain server that I have been seated with several times and had the worst service I?ve ever had but go figure I did it was the worst service yet our server was anythingbut present saw her two times during our time there and it was to take our order and bring out the food she ignored us severaltimes when we tried to get a hold of her so we could ask for some extra seasoning for a dish and by the time we got herattention our food was cold and it absolutely ruined our night!

This is by far the worst chili's we have been to. I ordered the Cajun Pasta and let's just say the pasta was not cooked very well. I also noticed on other items we ordered that they obviously don't clean their fryer . This is our second visit here in agood amount of time in between visits. We thought maybe things would change after a few years and nope still the same terirbleservice and food. Never again!
