This is my new go-to place in northern New Brunswick. It is off the highway but sooo worth the detour! Charming little restaurant overlooking the water. Small menu featuring local fish/seafood. read moreThe Moulin a Cafe in northern New Brunswick is a charming hidden gem overlooking the water. The small menu features outstanding seafood chowder and daily specials that never disappoint. The restaurant, though unlicensed, allows BYOB with a minor corking fee. Limited seating and early closing time require reservations. The food is exquisite with a simple yet elegant decor, top-notch service, and decadent desserts. The chef's artful presentation and culinary skills exceed expectations, making it a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike. It is a dining experience worth the detour for a memorable meal.
