What Eddie Heaney doesn't like about Hotel Charleville:
The restaurant's dining area is located next to the bar, which only serves piccolos of wine. If you want a full-sized bottle, you need to go to the attached bottle shop. I was surprised when the bartender agreed to sell me a bottle of wine from their limited selection. The tour lasted 2 hours, but time flew by quickly. It was led by a very knowledgeable guide who presented the hotel in a new light and shared interesting insights about the Harry Crones, the founders of the hotel. It was a valuable lesson in hospitality and service. View all feedback.
