What User doesn't like about Corones CHARLEVILLE:
Dropped in for lunch, hubby had the $40 Rump, chips and salad which was small and ordinary. Asked to use the hotel wifi to downloads emails on our phone and were told it was only for guests after spending close to $100. Plenty of room for staff improvement here.Service: 3/5 Location: 4/5 …More View all feedback.
Beautiful heritage hotel. Pop in for a cold one and enjoy the ambience
Historic hotel, fantastic long bar, amazing plasterwork on the ceilingsGreat staff, cold beer
Very nice lunch in a fantastic historic venue. Great pizza for dinner.
It was poor because the response to an OK review was sour grapes.I was exhorted to do my homework before coming in reply. What I should have added was that places like Chinchilla Motor Inn leave the Corones accommodation standing wanting for value and cleanliness by comparison. They offer great accommodation at a fair price. Corones is a dust museum, with awful decor, where the water STINKS and they cannot even be bothered putting tables or lights beside the beds. My wife thought that the blankets had never, ever been washed as they smelled bad.Squid and chips at $30 is the most expensive I have ever seen in any country, let alone Queensland!
Not overnight. the tent for a beer staff was very friendly and helpful. service: 5/5 location: 5/5 .more
