Jim and Alejandro were absolutely amazing to work with. The cake for our wedding was the hands on the best cake I ever had. We had lemon blueberry in an animal and carrot cake in the other animal and both were impeccable. As you can see on the photos, the design was also fantastic and everything with butter cream.
