Riso Noodle House - Feedback

What ALEX B likes about Riso Noodle House:
This place is a low key mom pop type of shop with really good selections of noodle dishes among other things. For the buck, it is by far the tastiest option of cuisines in this area without breaking the bank. The calamari was on point. But the Beef pho was a tad bit on the vinegary side but it was still a slam dunk. Plenty of pho for 13 bucks. Complements to the cheff and the hostess who took good care of me. View all feedback. I have to say i was not impressed. The eggs were hard boiled not soft boiled. The broth tasted like plain chicken broth, no flavor. The noodles tasted and looked like the instant ones. The eggs are supposed to be marinated and they were bare, bland, and dry. The broccoli was fresh but raw and no flavor. I had to add so much seasoning and sauce to make this easier to eat.
