I recently stayed here for almost 2 weeks while my sister was in CAMC hospital, which was a great location cause it was just minutes away. The staff was very friendly and would ask about my sister often, rooms was very clean and breakfast was fantastic!! Used the app to book the room. Received a confirmation number via email. Arrived at hotel to be told they had no reservation on their end. Told me I had to call and figure it out. Person on other end of phone didn’t speak understandable English. Ended up have to purchase the room again. Place was dirty, and room was damp with humidity.
