What impressed me about this subshop is the service. Today. You don't get a service. But I was surprised by the commitment for those looking for a sandwich. The manager seemed to train someone. Second time trying firehouse subs, to my disappointment the young lady behind the counter didn?t listen to my order correctly and I ended up having onions on my sub?. My thought is it?s my money and what if I was allergic?!?! Doesn?t anyone take their jobs seriously anymore. Waited over 15 mins for two subs, just to get my order incorrect ..let alone we were the only people in the place. What a let down. She was nice... View all feedback.
