What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Kanawha City:
Had an online order and guy asked me 5 times what was on the sub instead of looking at the reception, and my sub was totally messed up and was not worth the $20 I spent View all feedback. What User likes about Firehouse Subs Kanawha City:
Everything was fine except my sub was wrong. I wanted a turkey bacon ranch with Cheddar cheese. Onion and banana pepper added, but chickens with bacon did not get cheese and jalapeños instead of banana pepper. I have seen what I had after I came home, and since I stayed 40 minutes from there, I tried it and was good, but only was disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered, but I lived through it lol View all feedback.

read more2nd time trying this establishment and was pleased once again! The two ladies working were super nice and helpful! They made some really great sandwiches!
