I wanted to do a job. They gave some excuse to ask the owner about me because I had a background like 7 times calling. Last call was said we were going another way of luck for you. Havent has heard of the owner. Wow.

Big sign on the window says they 're open for order ahead pickup, delivery, or Carryout Order at the counter . Went in to order and lady told me I was wrong, the tiny sign on the door they printed said only order pickup was available and I couldn 't order inside. I told them the big sign in the window said we could and that 's why we came in. She got an attitude and says right there, there 's a sign on the door . Yeah there 's literally 5, but there 's a giant one on the window in red specifically to draw attention and tell you you can order on the website, the app, by phone, or AT THE COUNTER. I haven 't been here in ages and love the sandwiches, even if they are a little pricey, but getting an attitude with a customer who is going by your official signage is kinda ridiculous.

Had an online order and guy asked me 5 times what was on the sub instead of looking at the reception, and my sub was totally messed up and was not worth the $20 I spent

2nd time trying this establishment and was pleased once again! The two ladies working were super nice and helpful! They made some really great sandwiches!
