What Passout doesn't like about Taste of Asia Restaurant :
Nothing on the menu is marked so you need help from the staff and our server was totally unhelpful so we had to stick to the things we could count on which greatly limited the options. We had miso soup, seaweed salad, vegetable roll, bean curd hunan style, and eggplant w/ garlic sauce. The miso soup was just ok. It didn't have chunks of tofu, mushrooms, and vegetables like I usually get. Everything else was good. View all feedback. What Malika Ryan likes about Taste of Asia Restaurant :
Nice restaurant in the South Charleston hill zone. Asian market on the street. My favorite dishes are the red and green curries with tofu, herbal tempura, herbal spring rolls, Yam Rolle and Hunan Tofu. Make use of three dining areas. View all feedback.

read moreLocated in the South Charleston hill area, this restaurant offers a variety of Asian dishes including red and green curries, tofu, herbal tempura, spring rolls, and more. With three dining areas, guests can enjoy a comfortable setting. The service here is exceptional, with a small team running the place efficiently. The garlic shrimp, broccoli, and shrimp spring rolls come highly recommended. The hot and sour soup is described as the best ever had. For those seeking a Chinese dinner experience, this spot is a great choice. The General Tso's is a standout dish, while the Chicken Pad Thai is good, though the noodles could use improvement. Appetizers like fried dumplings, Volcano sushi roll, and Fuji Apple Sake are fresh and delicious. Although there was a power outage at the Teays Valley location, the food quality remained consistent. If you find yourself at this restaurant, be sure to try the Thai Elephant next door.
