On the bright side, the staff members are consistently pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, I often hear things like, "We're out of chocolate," "We can't offer a twist, but we can put vanilla with chocolate on top," or "Our vanilla machine is making the ice cream too soft, so you'll have to have a cup instead of a cone." I'm not exaggerating—this is all true.

However, when I got there and paid, I found out that they hadn't even started preparing my food! It seemed like the staff was more interested in chatting with each other than doing their jobs. I really hope my next visit is an improvement over this experience.
