Mizumi Hibachi Truck - Chanute

Always an awesome experience at Mizumi! It's our all-time favorite sushi stop. My husband's go-to is the Mizumi Roll and I (I don't typically like sushi) always get the Captain America. They're always fast and the food is always delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got my order wrong within an hour obviously not impressed.

Sushi? Beautiful, delicious, great. Hibachi? Tastes like Ramen noodle packets, gets me sick every time. Service is slow because business is packed. I really don't have any tips to improve that! The business does as good as it can, and eventually it'll be time for them to move up the chain. Add another truck, move into a store front, upgrade the utilities in the truck, something. I absolutely love the sushi here, and it's 120% worth a visit. You'll wind up becoming a regular like all the dang kansans in a 40 mile radius. It's just, good! Great! Excellent! Freaking tasty! I can't recommend the hibachi, though. This is a sushi truck, not a hibachi truck, don't let the name deceive you. Please lower the prices a dollar or two, I can't go here nearly as often as I'd like. Once you get 2 rolls for you, 2 for the wife, it's a $40 ticket without any drinks. It doesn't have to be a $5 roll, but a discount for multiple rolls (3-4) would make my life a lot more sushi-filled. Last thing, I had my grandma try it. She never had sushi before, and like many people, were scared to. She loved it. Can't afford it, but she likes it. If you're nervous to try sushi, go here. Raw fish too much for you? Get a fried roll. Perfect. Absolutely delectable food. AMAZING!
