Mcdonald's - Chanute

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! This is NOT a one time issue. EVERY single time I have been here it's been a bad experience. I usually wait 3 or 4 months between visits before I try to give them another chance. Issues range from horrible service while ordering, to receiveing wrong orders, from drive thru lanes than take FOREVER to undercooked, or overcooked food. You just can't enjoy this place. Food: 2

Had such a long wait in the drive threw we asked for a refund. Took ten minutes to even take our order, got pulled forward and after a nither ten minutes we went in and asked for our money back. The order was 2 number 3s with drinks we were told the staff had just arrived at 3pm and this was the cause for the wait time. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The restaurant was filthy. No one really wanted to take our order and even for McDonald's, the food wasn't really good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Went through drive through, fairly busy it took 15 20 minutes to get our order. Food was very good and it was worth the wait. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: French Fries, Cheeseburger

Food was sloppy. Ketchup running out the wrapping. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
