Two years ago, I visited this restaurant, and I can say that their grilled bungalow still tastes just as fantastic. It's juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked. I cooked after real lamb thunder from fresh lamb on a vertical redisseries. the seasoned lamb stacked in the form of an inverted cone is slowly rotated on the redisserie beside a vertical cooking element. the operator uses a knife to cut thin razor cloths from the outer layer of the flesh as it cooks. the vertical rotisserie was invented in the Ottoman Empire of the 19th century and has inspired similar dishes like t... In conclusion, Ottoman Kitchen has earned its place as my top choice for gyro meat, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, or simply in search of the best gyro you'll ever taste, look no further than this remarkable restaurant. Great!!!
