Hot spot was great, one of us dropped a chopstick on the floor and within 15 seconds, our waiter was at our table ready with a new pair of chopsticks. Food was unlimited, very fresh, and deliciousFood: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Karl doesn't like about Hot Spot:
10-15 minutes between orders and very small portions per visitor. Went in with party of 5 adults on a weekday night, was served portions for 2 each time we ordered additional. Waiter was very polite and attentive but did not come around often. Food was fresh and clean but left hungry.Food: 5/5.
The place is nice and clean. You can choose for family or individual serving. Decent serving/portion of meat and vegetables. The condiment bar is clean. The only problem is that during busy hour it takes some time to call on someone to take another order. But the soup in general is good.

They offer two different kinds. Individual hot pot and family style. The family style allows two flavors of broth with the divider in the pot. All you can eat meat/veggies/carbs means you don't rush. Order your meats early as the busier they get, the longer it will take for you to get your selections to your table. Don't forget you can ask for refills of the broth. Servers are super nice!!
