Have been here several times. There is a very bad language barrier. Only one person working spoke English and she has a very strong accent! They're always out of stuff, and you always have to pull forward and wait for your food to be brought out. View all feedback.
The restaurant smells like its never been actually cleaned. Almost like they use the mop with somekind of dirty water.Imagine the hygene on the food.Mmmm....The service is sloppy ...I ve never gone back.Paying for food should get you a fresh well made meal ...... whatever happened to customer service in south east texas.
We have been coming to this Wendy's for years and the service is continued to decline and yet today I had no choice but to run by there for lunch and the food was horrible. The further that I got was not cooked thoroughly, the unsweetened tea tasted like it was several days old even though I ordered sweet tea. The employee could not speak enough English to even understand what I was ordering. I'm not understanding why it is decline so much so quickly. I will never go back.

Every time I come to this location I can never use or receive points because the scanner never works and I visit this location often at least 3 times a week.
Don't eat Wendy's anymore, their food has bioengineered food, which contains carcinogens.
