This survey is strictly based on service received after 4 different visits and after 4, I will not be back. Takes forever to get sub made, told to order ahead. I did. I showed up and there were two employees, with one filling up the veggies and the other one just talking. No customer in the store. Simply forgot to look at orders and wasn't made. I was not the only order. Claimed it was busy.Next time, I ordered and waited extra time. 25 minutes. Show up and no one there and same thing. Told it was busy. They barely started on the sub. Hadn't put cheese on.Last and final time, ordered, gave extra time, sub was ready. But, and this is the big part, they wanted to see proof that I put the order in, even after I gave my name and order. My name is unique. No one is coming in with it. Racist? Not sure, but I'm not white.But that's 4 visits with garbage service
The sandwich maker was slow. Maybe she was new. She kept asking things that I had already told her and she put too much mustard. Subway isn't known for their atmosphere, but that's one of the items they give to rate using stars. I gave 2 out of 5 because it's not great to start with and a few tables were dirty, but mainly because a homeless man walked in while we were eating and went and served himself some water. That's okay except that made me hold my breath as to not smell him and spoil my appetite. I happened to be drinking water and since they give such a small cup, I wanted a refill, but chose to leave since I don't know when the last time was that the homeless guy washed his hands. Just not a good visit. Sorry.
Frequent customer. Nothing bad to say thus far. Been going here for a few years now; if not here the 24 hout location a couple miles down the road.
