The manager I spoke with, Dustin, is a great guy. You may need to plan ahead on your order and double check the toppings due to staffing challenges, but this location has always taken care of us or at least made things right.
It took two hours to prepare a pizza for pickup early on Friday afternoon. I have a feeling that walk-in customers receive higher priority than Uber Eats orders. I'll be looking for another option next time.
The experience of ordering over the phone wasn't ideal, but I was pleased that my order was accurate when I arrived to pick it up. At first, I felt somewhat overlooked by the staff in the store, but they turned out to be friendly and accommodating when it came to my order and checkout process.
I drove from Shakopee to grab some pizza, planning on getting there before closing time at 8 PM. When I arrived at 7:30, I discovered that the posted hours indicated closing at 7 PM. Both your website and Google page list the closing time as 8, so I suggest updating that information. Now I have to ask my roommate to waste more gas because of this misleading information.
