Country Inn Suites By Radisson, Chanhassen, Mn

I got married at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres in July 2023 and booked large suites at the Country Inn Suites for our getting ready space as well as for guest rooms. The rooms were so spacious and were perfect for having my bridal hair and makeup done as well as for some beautiful getting ready photos. Eric in the office was great to work with for coordinating our room block for our guests. The rooms are very comfortable, and it was great to have breakfast included in the morning!

Our stay was average. The bed was comfortable, room was in general ok, but maintenance items were evident.A hot breakfast was offered, but the staff was not readily on top of keeping items replenished. Pancake maker was down that morning.We did use the pool and hot tub. Pool was a bit cool, but hot tub was perfect. Fitness room is very small and needs upgrading.Rooms: Ours was designed as a king suite, so you had separate bedroom and living room areas, with a door between them. Don't know about other room designs.Safety: Good entrance security with having to use a key card at the front door after a certain time.Walkability: We attended a show at the Chanhassen Dinner Théâtre, so had to walk a block or so to our hotel. Very convenient!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was here for 4 days. The rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Its centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Great complimentary breakfast in the mornings. I'll definitely be back.

Over My Six Plus Weeks of staying at this hotel I found it Very Wellkept Clean. But the Staff impressed me way beyond what I could imagine. Best customer service I have ever experienced, always asking me if they could help me in anyway, providing anything. All the staff, manager Kindall, housekeeping, front desk staff, lady serving breakfast so So gracious made my unexpected stay so wonderful. I can’t thank you all enough. Thank you Kindall and staff for everything My rating is 100 STARS

We had a king suite #209, and the room was an absolute dump. The toilet had a ring of black on it, the shower was broken, the counters were disgusting, there was a condom sticking out from a dresser, used Q-tips on the floor. The refrigerator was disgusting, the alarm clock was missing, The carpet are tattered. The staff seemed way overdressed for a hotel that provides unsafe rooms. I travel a lot for my work and this room was disgusting. The next morning, the manager called in and there was nobody to report the disgusting mess. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel stay since I can remember.Safety: It was a disgusting, unsafe mess.
