Highly selected ingredients and cooking methods. A cozy restaurant. I stopped by Nagato on a business trip and had a delightful experience enjoying delicious grilled skewers with local regulars and the friendly mama-san. Highly recommended. Personally, I enjoyed "Hitaro" (without a photo) with young hiragi fish, dried kinkan, sunazuri sashimi, and chicken skin that was left slightly uncooked, which made it tasty. How...
