This time, I purchased black beans, red beans, and yomogi individually. The scent and flavor of the yomogi were exquisite. Previously, when I organized a day trip to Nagato and Hagi for my colleagues at work, we also included a visit to Namauiro in the itinerary. There are various delicious outside shops in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and even though there are opportunities to buy them, everyone at work was praising "delicious." It is a popular restaurant, so I recommend visiting early!

I asked the staff about the manufacturing process and texture, as it was labeled as "nama" (raw). I eagerly tried it out and indeed found it to be softer and more jelly-like than regular guwaro. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, making it easy to eat. The traditional Japanese decor inside the store included a small dining area for customers to enjoy their treats.

It's a delicious shop that sells... read more Otogettu in Minie is located on the street of Michi no Eki Ofuku. Whenever I come to this area, I always make sure to stop by. It's a delicious shop that sells fresh uirou. In this box, there were 4 pieces each of red bean and mugwort for around 800 yen. The texture of the fresh uirou is jelly-like and chewy. It's a gentle Japanese sweet. The black beans were sold out, but I still recommend them. Both the red bean and mugwort have a strong aroma. They use good quality ingredients. The fresh uirou lasts for 2 days, so it's best to consume it quickly. The packaging is transparent film, which I prefer over the bamboo-patterned wrapping of another shop that has silver paper inside. I bought it as a gift and enjoyed the leftovers at home. Thank you for the delicious treat.
