I’m from London (UK) but travelled around Japan and this has to be the best seafood meal I’ve had. The chefs take so much care the fugu and the turban shell were fantastic as was the tilefish with fig in a “fishing net” tempura. Really magical. Highly recommend. They have the same local fisherman who they work with and have their own vegetable garden from which they get the ingredients. Amazing! Highly recommend. Michelin star soon?
