They suggested I park my car and they would bring it out to me once it was ready. Unfortunately, after waiting for 15 minutes, nobody came out. When I finally went to inquire about my order, it was ready and the staff member was helpful when I asked for it.

The restaurant smelled like cats for some reason, which was disgusting. We ended up throwing away the food and going to Culver's instead.

I called the restaurant, and the person who answered took my name and address, promising to send me a voucher for a free sandwich within 2-4 weeks. However, I never received the voucher. When I mentioned the issue to a manager at McDonald's last weekend, I was told that there was nothing they could do to assist me.

It fru... read more I frequently visit this restaurant, and I always have issues with the Hispanic man who takes orders in the morning - he consistently gets my order wrong. It frustrates me that companies often place employees who do not speak English well in important positions where clear communication is essential. The food is always cold and the fries are always stale. I have been living in Champlin for 5 years, and this is one of the few places that bothers me. They really need to improve, especially after recently raising their prices. Additionally, when you order a large, they only fill it one inch from the top every time, which doesn't make sense.
