I am a Dasher (working for Door Dash) and when I went to pick up my order at the window, the staff informed me that it was not ready yet. They suggested I park my car and they would bring it out to me once it was ready. Unfortunately, after waiting for 15 minutes, nobody came out. When I finally went to inquire about my order, it was ready and the staff member was helpful when I asked for it. View all feedback.
A terrible service. the quarter pounder was literally raw. the people were so rude. they might want to bring in a new crew. I regret every time I go there.
I ordered a blueberry muffin with my coffee. The muffin was as hard as a rock. Why are you serving old baked goods? You should have been able to tell that it was old by how solid that muffin was. Totally unedible. Totally dissappointed.
The food at this location is normally pretty good. The baked goods are fresh EXCEPT FOR TODAY. The blueberry muffin I got was as hard as a rock which meant it was old. The minute I took it out of the bag I could tell it was old. Rock Solid....Why even put it in a customers bag.
I will not eat at this McDonald's ever again. I have tried it on several different occasion there food is always cold and the food has sat to long and has gotten old and rubbery.
I love McDonalds breakfast and overall consistency of the quality/experience at any location.
