Buffalo Wild Wings - Champlin

Good but even their fries arent vegetarian. Granted this place isn't geared toward my type of people but damn, can't a dude even get a fry?!

We had two groups at the same table, we ordered at the same time the food came out 40 minutes apart. I had a hamburger it was so over cooked that it crumbled and tasted like charcoal. I have had many good burgers at other BWWs this is by far the worst. The wings were either cold or cooked so long they were just trash. No one ever checks on you with the new ordering system so we just left and ate popcorn at the movie for dinner. If you do your own ordering, get your own drinks, you should probably have some of the people standing around doing nothing cooking rather then nothing. I think you need to work on this new system. I will try back at this location in a year or so, I figure you will be out of business or have gotten your !t together by then.

They only know if they get immersed and their drinks before they order and they have a child, bbw will drink them and adult size. we have placed our drink order before ordering. had two child meals and when the bill came, we were accused of two adult drinks. ask the server why the adult drink, he said, because the children's meals only come with milk, which is not true. the server did not even indicate that the fee adult prices would be for the drinks. understand they need to take action, but that is not how they treat gast. has not offered any courtesy to take the drinks out of the bill and the manager didn't want to hear our side just ran away quickly.

My family and I have come here since the opening in champlin. eating was always good, the staff always polite. I'm not sure what happened, but from 2018 everything stopped. I have experienced everything from bad service, eating out camps, dreadful cooking, dried-up chicken, unclean restaurant area and tables. it's probably been a year since I was last because it was terrible for the last time I was there. today my son and I came to lunch and found nothing much has changed. only a few people there on Sunday afternoon, service was slow, and eating was dry and not good. my family and I will not be back.

First time dinning at this place. had a great time. nice and clean, good service. very liked our waitress, haley, very friendly, helpful and efficient! also very attentive, ensured that we are comfortable, and had everything we needed, drinks, serviettes etc.
