I ordered a make your own pizza . Medium with Hand Tossed crust. When it arrived it was a half Cheese and the other side was a mound of a variety of toppings. It was very spicy, tasted like BBQ sauce and there was Bacon.....I am allergic to Bacon. Mypoint is people do make mistakes and they should have just solved it right away. We ended up having this debate . The gentlemanon the phone said we don 't make mistakes like that . So, I just spent $30+ dollars on a Pizza that I can not eat, I meanliterally can 't eat. He did not offer to do a thing. Minimally a small pizza would have been something!! He said Company policyis no reimbursements . This is not the first time.....but I keep ordering, thinking maybe this time done. Customer service isjust that, Customer SERVICE ......your JOB! Sorry but I 'm just sick of it.
My family of five arrived at 7:50 PM on a Friday night. We received our drinks fairly quickly, except for the water my wife ordered. After 50 minutes, the staff informed us that they had forgotten to place our order. Mistakes happen, I suppose. The food finally arrived about 75 minutes after we ordered, but my wife's water never came. There was no offer of compensation on the bill, and overall, the service was terrible.
I used a $17.49 coupon, but somehow my pizza ended up costing $53.99 and it was terrible. It was so soggy that everything just slid off, leaving my plate full of liquid. For $53, I expected a decent meal, but this was my first and last time ordering from here. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere next time.
The customer service was very disappointing. I ordered a large pizza online with two simple toppings—pepperoni and extra cheese—but my order was misprinted, and they made the wrong pizza. While I understand mistakes happen, they made no attempt to fix the issue. Instead, I was told to place a new order and pay again. They didn’t offer to take back the incorrect pizza or apologize in any way.
17.49 coupon somehow turned into 53.99 pizza that was garbage. The thing was so wet everything fell off and my plate was full of liquid. For 53 dollars my d self should have got a good meal, first time ordering from here and will never again.
