The food was ok tasting, but the order wasn't correct and the dip was missing. I received no condiments or utensils, although I asked for them and needed them. They ran out of water, so they gave me a Mountain Dew. ?! The dessert was toppled over and smooshed. Try harder guys! View all feedback.
The only retraction was my delivery time was changed and added an extra 20 minutes w/o an explanation.
I recently ordered a Gyro Cheeseburger at Tasty in Champaign, across the street from Kraft. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they were out of Gyro meat. I told them I did not want the burger without it, but the man insisted I still pay for it. When I refused, he became angry and said he would not serve me again. I also ordered a chicken fish combo and paid $20 for it, but asked for my money back. The owner or employee became even more upset and followed me outside, acting disrespectfully. Overall, I had a negative experience and will not be returning to Tasty.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have consistently had a terrible experience. The chicken is dry, flavorless, and heavily seasoned with lemon powder. The fries are always stale and cold.
The quality of their meat is satisfactory, however, they consistently fail to fully cook their fries. There seems to be an issue with the staff member named FOX, as they have a poor memory or are unwilling to provide enough cheese. Despite my willingness to pay for extra cheese, FOX argued with me and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Their lack of listening skills and tendency to incorrectly assume customers' orders results in errors with the food served. Overall, not a favorable dining experience.
The chicken sandwich was on point but 3/4 of the French fries were still half raw. I had to put the in my fryer to finish cooking.
