I may be mistaken, but it seems to me that the waffles are prepackaged and simply warmed up before being served. While I still enjoyed them, there's definitely a noticeable difference in flavor when waffles are fresh and made from scratch. Almond bubble tea was disgusting. Coconut flavor bubble tea was okay I guess. Super sweet though. This place is really overpriced and they overcharged us as well. Ordered almond bubble tea without bubbles but they still charged us for bubbles. Also ordered a smoothie and they charged us for bubbles in the smoothie loool. Honestly, it was the best taro I've ever had. Their taro frozen yogurt is perfect! They also have a cozy seating area upstairs. I loved it!
I really love Cocomero. The staff is friendly, and the toppings are always incredibly fresh.
