This is an amazing black company with fantastic food and service. I came for the first time today and so glad that I am!! The tips of the ribs hit the point, even my mother got a togo plate!! What Maggie D doesn't like about Wood N' Hog Barbecue:
Was so greasy we couldn't eat it. The chicken sandwich only had a couple pieces of chicken that were so bland, not BBQ flavor at all. The fries were dripping in grease. In a nut shell, it was a total waste of our money. We'll stick with some local BBQ places that actually serve a decent BBQ meal. View all feedback.
I had the turkey tips and link with a side of potato salad and cornbread. They turkey tips had a yummy Smokey flavor and the meat was nice and tender. The turkey link had yummy spices. The potato salad was delicious! And the cornbread was moist! Mama Wood was probably the best thing about the BBQ. She was so sweet and kind to our whole family (15 of us) who stopped on the way home from my daughter’s college graduation. Mama gave my daughter a cake to celebrate her graduation Thanks to Wood N’ Hog and Mama for making this a wonderful ending to a wonderful occasion!
I recently moved to the area and decided to check out Wood N' Hog Barbecue. I have to say, their rib tips are the best I've had in a long time! The large portion was generous, the meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was absolutely fantastic! Wood N' Hog Barbecue, you have gained a new fan! Thank you for a wonderful meal! 5 stars!
The food was extremely greasy and inedible. The chicken sandwich contained only a few pieces of chicken that had no BBQ flavor whatsoever. The fries were soaked in grease. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. We'll be sticking to local BBQ spots that truly offer a good BBQ experience.
Excellent! The prices were a bit steep but it was so yummy! Beachin’ Shrimp Tantrum were our picks! Yummmy!
The pulled pork here is amazing! The portion sizes are just right, and the hospitality is unbeatable—definitely a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend this place for excellent BBQ!
