When I placed a takeout order, they didn’t begin preparing it until I arrived, despite the restaurant being empty. They also made the wrong burger at first and had to remake it, which was frustrating. The fries were overcooked, and the patty tasted bland with an odd texture. Adding pickled jalapeños to the burger felt out of place for a sit-down restaurant. Fresh ingredients are crucial, especially in a non-fast food setting. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

Fridays are especially fun with their Big Cup Friday event, where you can even take the cup home with you. The place is always bustling, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. Honestly, I'm not certain if they have a food menu, but there should definitely be one available.

Three kids came in and tried to steal multiple students' backpacks. I went to inform a worker about it—a female bartender with a headband and glasses—but she basically brushed us off, saying, "I'm busy right now and can't do anything about it." We just wanted her to be aware of the situation because we didn't want it happening to anyone else, but she was completely dismissive. I'm not one to complain, but I was really taken aback by her response.
