Lobby is closed for some reason. It's almost 2022 and places are really milking the whole closed lobby nonsense. Skimping is what it is. The drive thru is open... read more Lobby is closed for some reason. It's almost 2022 and places are really milking the whole closed lobby nonsense. Skimping is what it is. The drive thru is open but the intercom system sounds like a little tikes toy with batteries that are on the brink of dying. Hope the coffee is good cuz I haven't even made it to the window and I'm annoyed

T... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While on a road trip, we stopped for coffee and a bathroom break, but the cleanliness was appalling. The restroom was far worse than any gas station bathroom I’ve ever seen. The location felt unsafe, and the coffee was subpar, not at all like what I usually enjoy from Dunkin' Donuts.

Unfortunately, the... read more While visiting from out of town, I ordered a large hot chocolate with whipped cream from Dunkin Donuts at 1302 North Prospect, Champaign, IL. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate was watery, and they didn't include the whipped cream that I paid for. I attempted to call the restaurant several times but received no response, which speaks poorly of their customer service. I've encountered issues at various Dunkin Donuts locations before, and due to this experience, I've decided that I will never return to this chain. I'm quite disappointed and will be deleting the Dunkin Donuts app. #156.
