Campus Burger - Champaign

Great food, average customer service. Our order was correct and tasty. The burger could have used a little more cooking time—perhaps just an extra minute on the grill would have made it perfect. However, the cashier didn’t ask if we wanted our meal to stay or to go, and he automatically packed it for takeout even though we intended to eat in. When I requested a tablet, he handed me one that wasn't clean or wiped down. Please remember to ask customers if they want their food to stay or go. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place!

The service is consistently excellent, and the food is always delicious and well-prepared. I've never had a negative experience here, even with delivery orders. They pay close attention to your requests and make sure everything is cooked just right. Their burgers are among the best I've ever had.

I dined there with my team on Saturday, and although they seemed unprepared for a large group of children, the service was outstanding. The young woman at the counter did an excellent job communicating with us about their cook-to-order policy and informed us that there was some waiting involved. It could have been overwhelming for her, especially with so many of us, but she handled it like a true professional, always wearing a smile—she definitely deserves a raise! (We can be quite the handful.) The food was delicious; I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and my friend got the popcorn chicken. We shared both dishes, and they were amazing. I will definitely recommend that we return as a team! #gocampus
