Chili's Grill - Champaign

Enjoyed the food but the service was extremely slow, from getting us a table to ordering and eventually getting our food. It was a school day for the kids and would have appreciated faster service. Good ambience if you are a sports fan though.

The waitress was competent, but very rude at the end. My friend from Russia left a tip, even though they do not usually tip in his country. However, it seemed like he did not leave enough because she commented in front of everyone that maybe if he had tipped better. This behavior was rude and unacceptable. Despite having spent a lot of money at this restaurant and bringing many people, we will not be returning. We will be going to Outback or Red Lobster instead, where the waitress might be better suited if she is looking for higher tips. Perhaps she should also check her attitude and be less unhappy, as well as stop throwing plates around in the kitchen. Our clients deserve better service elsewhere.

We enjoy coming to this restaurant on the weekends. Currently, they are offering a meal deal on the back of the menu that you should definitely try. Additionally, for an extra $2.49 per person, you can get a dip trio with unlimited chips. We usually get this so that the kids can each have their own dip flavors. We are fans of Chili's.

Kendra is fantastic! The food was delicious, the cheesecake was perfect, and the drink of the month was amazing!

Our waiter was horrendous... He made it very clear that it wasn't his responsibility to bring us our food or drinks. And it took us over 20 minutes to get the correct drink refill as he came back with the wrong refill, and when he was supposed to get ourrefill, he took 3 other large tables orders before coming back to our table to ask if we needed anything (still without therefill). If you're going to eat here, I'd recommend ordering out instead of dealing with the incompetent wait staff.
