Delicious! We were really pleased with our meal. The seared tuna, sweet potato cheesecake and chocolate pot de creme were standouts.
Large tasting menu with optional wine pairing. service was excellent. but the grinding noise of a machine behind the bar made it hard to talk for a bit, but thanks to the noise remained.
Eating was good, but the portions were extremely small. spent over $100.00 for two and went away hungry.
The restaurant offers a generous tasting menu with the choice of adding wine pairings. The service was top-notch. However, the loud grinding noise from a machine near the bar made conversation difficult for a short time, but we were able to carry on thanks to the ambiance of the restaurant.
We adore Bacaro and are truly disappointed to see them closing. We believe they are the top restaurants in Champaign. The food is delicious and of high quality, the staff is excellent, and the ambience is beautiful and upscale. Their absence will leave a void in our community.
