It seemed... read more We ordered the Chicken Barbecue Bowl with crispy chicken from Tim Hortons. We had tried it at another location before, but this time it tasted awful. It seemed like they had added way too much salt. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to return or exchange it as we were in a hurry. Instead, we ended up setting aside the chicken and only eating the rice and vegetables.

Although I’m not a Tims fan (specially because of the usual poor service) I often go followed by my kids requests.Surprisingly this is the first time ever that... read more Although I’m not a Tims fan (specially because of the usual poor service) I often go followed by my kids requests.Surprisingly this is the first time ever that I saw a clean and organized Tim Hortons restaurant. Products were well displayed, food seemed fresh and were pretty organized on the shelves. Congratulations to the owner and her team on this Chambly’s branch. It seemed to be a good work environment, where staffs were all connected. That also was reflected in my order, delivered correctly as it should be (unfortunately that is not often on other branches). I was pleased to meet this store, specially because it is close to my house, pretty convenient but I was avoiding due to the bad experience I had on other stores. From now on, I will definitely consider to go there more often.
