When we called... read more We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We placed our order at 4:48 p.m. and by 6:10 p.m. we still had not received anything. When we called to inquire, we were informed that their computer system had failed and some orders were not received. The person on the phone mentioned that they had just located our order and could prioritize it, promising it would be ready in 30 minutes. We called back at 7:10 p.m. only to be told that our order had already been sent out, although it did not arrive until 7:45 p.m. We waited almost 3 hours in total. We believe in supporting local businesses, but this experience has left us feeling very unsatisfied. It's unfortunate that we waited for so long without any communication. We have decided not to return to this establishment.

Even if doordash costs a little more, the customer service is much more appreciated. Especially when I had errors in my orders. But I also noticed that the portions are never the same and that's super disappointing.But otherwise I like the food, their fries are great! It's a shame for the rest, I would eat it more often!
