The servi... read more I used to visit Restaurant le Caucus in Saint-Hyacinthe, but tonight I tried the one in Chambly for the first time, and WOW! I'm absolutely impressed! The service was much quicker; we had barely settled in when the waitress was already bringing us the menus. The restaurant is really nice, and everything feels brand new. There are plenty of staff members, all of whom are very friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic! I absolutely recommend it. From now on, this is definitely where I'll be coming! P.S. The nachos are excellent!

The burger's bun wa... read more Unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the service was still slow, and the food was only mediocre. The burger's bun was tough and hard to bite into. Overall, I was not impressed.
