This loc... read more Consistently bad food, but good service. I eat at the other Zaxby's locations once a week and used to go here every few days when I worked in Chamblee. This location used to be good. Now this location consistently gives bad food, they mess up the orderevery time, and they are always missing items on my order. Today my order was missing celery, there was NO sauce on the wings,and the Coke syrup was out. This happens every time. I've given them 5 tries this year, but now I am never going to thislocation again!

Cold food, many items missing and bad attitude from employee when I returned for left out items. I have a 30 minute lunch and order through the app tosave time. Not today! Didn?t have time to eat. I?m a little hangry from no good.

Nibbler's bread hard as a rock. Fries which were supposed to be extra crispy half cooked and they looklike they came from two different batches. Very disappointing thought I had somewhere good to eat ??

I never have to wa... read more This restaurant has an excellent location. Zaxby's typically offers fast service, but this particular location really surpasses expectations. I never have to wait long for my food, and my orders are always correct. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I can’t recall his name, but the taller guy with glasses is fantastic—he comes across as genuine and professional rather than corporate. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quick meal. Given that many other fast food places are priced similarly, you might as well choose a place that serves quality food. Plus, it's great to support a company that isn't affiliated with bigot chicken!
