They seemed to not be paying attention, constantly asking "can I take your order?" When I received my food, it was cold and my fries were burnt, crispy, and stale. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

I wouldn’t eat here just because her funky energy affects the quality of the food served. I cancelled my order and left. Not today Satan.

The place is always clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the wait times are much shorter compared to other Wendy's locations. I'm happy they finally fixed the drive-thru menu board that had bullet holes in it.

Today, we ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub Double burger through GrubHub, along with fries, chili, and a Frosty. The order arrived complete, but it was a bit lukewarm, likely due to the delivery time. A quick stint in the microwave fixed that easily. I found the burger to be delicious, especially with the pretzel bun. The flavors all worked well together, and I would definitely order it again. The fries, chili, and vanilla Frosty tasted just as good as they always have in the years I have been visiting this Wendy's.

Cane through the drive thru ordered my food and asked them can they please make it fresh once I waited in line a white lady came to the window and snatched my c... read more Cane through the drive thru ordered my food and asked them can they please make it fresh once I waited in line a white lady came to the window and snatched my card and shoved me my food and when I checked my food it was lukewarm I told them hey this is cold they told me we can’t take food back will remake my order the guy came back 5 minutes later and handed me a sandwich I said well where is the rest I had a meal he said well actually the fries had just came up and the nuggets and I showed him the food and how Is this fresh if it’s cold he got real as matter a fact with me so I just asked him for his name which was skyler but he was a guy so he might have been lying but he was there today 01/06/2022 at 2:20pm shift I will definitely be calling corporate on him and the supervisor/ manager of the shift if I’m not mistaken was the white lady who was very rude but made sure not to come back to the window
