It didn't take long to get our food which arrived at the table piping HOT! The fish was crispy, but the gumbo was seriously lacking. But hey it's a fish joint not famous for gumbo. The okra was fried

What's not to love about Waffle House? The food is always served hot, and the service is great. I can't resist the patty melt with hash browns loaded with toppings—it's my favorite!
