I just called to let her know that the pizza we ordered last night to our home for our little cousins having a sleep over the toppings were wrong ,cold ,etc.. not only did I call to just let them know what ever crew they had over the night missed up and it?s okay ?. SHE SEARCHEDFOR MY NUMBER AND BF NUMBERS COUPLE TIMES AND KEPT SAYING IT WAS WRONG .. then I started if she can use another number ? notonly did she not even apologize but called my number 3 times!! They tried to call and can't start a regular hand tossed order until they confirm it's okay, so when you arrive you have no pizzas and have to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook it. They don'tknow how to refund you for the pan upcharge either because they can't recreate any of the deals when you order through theirwebsite. This caused frustration by the employee who was then frustrated with me.
