Beautiful new building and renovations. Perhaps more focus needed on logistics and add staffing.

I frequent this Chick-fil-A quite often with my coworkers on our lunch break and for some odd reason, the drive thru crew can never understand when there’s more... read more I frequent this Chick-fil-A quite often with my coworkers on our lunch break and for some odd reason, the drive thru crew can never understand when there’s more than 1 pick up order in 1 single car.We always end up waiting 10 minutes for our orders to be given to us and the employees always seem confused and dismayed when this occurs. Today, they tried giving us a different order and was even more confused when I told them my order name.They need to understand that more than 1 order can go to 1 car. This situation has happened multiple times and I figured now I should leave a review.

Please check the items in the order some of us have zero time to eat for work

Nothing about this experience was on brand for Chick-fil-A. Extremely poor customer service. It wasn’t until the manager came out that I was finally assisted with my pick up order.
