As f... read more We ordered a pizza and a Caesar salad. I’m not sure if it’s particularly difficult to make pizza in northern NM, but the sauce and cheese were quite bland. As for the Caesar salad, it was meant for takeout, but they left the romaine spears whole, which felt like a lazy preparation. Additionally, they didn’t provide a plastic knife for the takeout order. I would recommend exploring other dining options in Chama.

The crust is made with dough from yeast that is apparently 34 years old. The brussel sprouts were a great compliment to the meat heavy pizza. Thisplace seems pretty new and it stands out in the small town of Chama. They did a great job with the layout and decor. Theoutside fire pit was neat.

Completely blew me away that this place existed and it was at the start of the slow season in Chama. I did a pepperonis project here and ate here every night. Pizza 3 out of 4nights. The Carne?.add peppercinis(if u like them , 2 sides of ranch (maybe the best ranch I have ever consumed!!!!! and aside of parmesan!!!! The other meal was the steak special!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! The wine selection was extremely impressiveand the staff was knowledgeable about the wines, beer selection solid too! Service 5 stars, staff personality 5 stars, food 5stars, ambiance 5 stars! Great job by local?.putting Chama on the map!!!! If you are passing through Chama this is a muststop!!! I put it in top 10 pizzas i have had and Ive had my share of pizza!!!! I?d like to see some green chile topping optionson the menu?.thats my one critique.
